Jr. Kindergarten / Kindergarten Registration
Parents of children who will be who will be 5 years old by *December 1, 2015 are invited to register for the 2015 – 2016 school year. Registration will take place in the Lakeview Cafeteria on Thursday, February 26th at 6:00 p.m. This is an informative meeting for parents. Children need not attend. Parents will have an opportunity to have questions answered by staff regarding transportation, breakfast/lunch, before/after school program, and health concerns.
On registration night, please bring a copy of your child’s:
* certified / state-issued birth certificate
* immunization record
* current picture (to remain in the file)
Screening will take place April 15th through April 17th, April 20th, and 21st at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. To sign up for a spring screening appointment, please call the Lakeview office at 475-7803 ext. 0 as soon as possible.
*In accordance with recent changes in State Law, parents must complete a waiver if they choose to enroll their child who reaches five years of age between September 1 and December 1. Questions, call 475-7803.
