To parents of students at Negaunee Middle School,
Additional COVID vaccines may soon get emergency use authorization approval for vaccines for individuals 12 and older . Marquette County Health Department (MCHD) is collecting data to gauge your interest in having your child(ren) vaccinated. If there is enough interest at our school, MCHD will establish a date and time for vaccinations to be done in our building. If interest is low, MCHD will use the registration form to communicate the time and locations where you can get your child(ren) vaccinated at a different location when it becomes available. If your child is 11 – 18 years old, MCHD is encouraging you to complete the form, and they will contact you with instructions on when and where to get your child(ren) vaccinated when vaccines become available for that age group. At this time, Pfizer vaccine will be used to vaccinate individuals under the age of 18. The link that is included below will also be listed on the Negaunee Middle School WebPage.
